Simply remove the glass from the frame and change it depending on the light. The one I really liked was the dark one. You can see the 3d printed art work which you cannot see through with the glasses or any other colour replacements. The one that I also liked was the yellow one which I can use it to take great pictures on the corals, the colours really brings out from the yellow filter. The one that is transparent is helpful when riding in the dark and also protects your eyes. These interchangeable glasses have little gaps above for better air circulation, so far no insects have passes through it yet, phew! The arms of the frame is rubbery and slightly curve giving a sturdy feel and better grip on the sides. Cheap plastic, the "unbreakable" frame came broken out of the packet, but even if it wasn't, the frame is just plain bad. Maybe it was designed for the Hunchback of Notre Dame, or somebody who has broken their nose twice, it's all wonky, the bride of the nose doesn't fit at all, the joints don't align. I saw no way how to attach the mini frame to the sunglasses, these two pins don't do anything. I pity everybody who spent money glazing that thing, just wear contact lenses with it: I can guarantee you that, even one-days that cost $2 per day, will be worth it, because this piece of junk won't last to be worn 10 times!

The reviews for these were a bit mixed - but I thought worth a try as the ability to change lenses was pretty important to me. I do a lot of mountain biking and when it's muddy you NEED eye protection, but if the light isn't great, then with sunglasses you can't see.So far I've been very impressed. They come in a hard-shell Oakley style case - even the logo is clearly an Oakley copy! The frame is pretty solid with padding on the arms. The actual lenses - you get 5, are very thin and changing them over can be a bit tricky although once you've done it a few times it gets easier. I can see me breaking one at some point during this process, but it means the glasses are pretty light to wear.They are quite wide so you get excellent peripheral vision - they come with a band to hold them in place. I've only used the clear lens so far, but I've had a look through a couple of the others - the polarised one is excellent in sunny conditions.For the price, these are a bargain!

 These have been excellent for my husbands bike rides, As he can change and adjust the lenses according to the location and weather. 2 of them are particularly good for UV protection and direct glare. All 5 serve a function that will come in handy in the nights and days coming into winter. And as they say, Safety first! And there's nothing more important than eye protection. It comes with optional hard, and soft carry case, And a lens cloth to keep them clean, There are also some nice little extras bundled in there, So this is definitely a bargain.

I bought these cycling glasses as i cycle to work and back at night and during the day. I had 2 pairs of glasses, 1 pair for the sun and 1 pair to protect my eyes against wind and rain.I now only need 1 pair of glasses as these have all the different lenses i need.These glasses are comfortable and fit well and feel well made.The different lenses are easy to change once you get the hang of fitting them.I have used the polarised lenses in sunshine, the clear lenses in the rain and the yellow lenses in eveningso far and have been very pleased with how they have helped my vision while cycling.They also come with a stylish hard protective case and lense cleaning cloth.I am very impressed with these glasses and they are great value for money.

Despite the incredibly low price, these are the best sunglasses I own for road cycling. They sit fairly high on my face, but this is perfect for a typical slightly head-down position on a road bike. It means I can look up at the road ahead without the top of the sunglasses obscuring my view. They also work very well with the prescription insert and don't steam up in the rain, which is more than I can say of my other sunglasses. I highly recommend these and wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair.

Seemed great at first, managed to do a couple bike rides with them but now the lenses don't stay on any more. They are now useless. I've literally worn them no more than 5 times.I would avoid buying them if I were you. I would like a refund really but can't see a way to return them so they are going in the bin. Such a shame as they were great before the lenses started falling out.

The yellow lense (one I want to use most at this time of year) looks to have been sprayed with something, leaving a mottled / orange peel effect, making it impossible to use as everything looks strange. I’d have given more stars if it wasn’t for that because the quality of glasses is fine, and you get plenty of stuff for your money.Also for some reason, I have no option available to me to contact the seller, otherwise I would have asked if anything could be done about the yellow lense.
