These replacement pads allow me to avoid service fees/maintain my Piano Saver System myself.
Genuine part. Easy to install. Functions as intended. With instructions from the web, I installed these myself and avoided professional installation and maintenance fees. Good value.

Very good but not perfecgt
Everything was there and I had no problem changing the pads. However, only one heater sleeve was included while four sets of pads and a pint bottle of scaling inhibitor/biocide was included. The sleeve is a small piece of thin clear plastic tube about 18 inches long by about 2 inches. Very small amount of material.. I really think they should have enclosed at least two sleeves, or ideally 4 to be able to change the sleeve as many times as the pads can be changed. Anyway, everthing was great.

All the parts you need!
My Dampp-Chaser - Piano Humidifier had not been serviced for 5 years and this is what it looked like. The Dampp-Chaser - Piano Humidifier - Replacement Pads, set of 4 + 1 Liner + Clean Sleeve had everything you need to properly service the system. I watch a couple YouTube videos and read the instructions that came with the replacement pads and liner and clean sleeve and then I got to work and I did it! Took about an hour (a lot of cleaning). I hung a large trash bag behind the system so I would not get water and residue all over the inside of the piano. I felt very accomplished when I was finished. I did trim the pads just a half inch more so they would fit snug. I would so buy this again!

These are working just as intended, especially for my piano whenever it is dry, humid, or whatever. Easy to use pads and I will purchase them again when the time arrives.

If you own a piano, a humidifier installed is a great investment in saving your instrument. Piano Saver products are top of the line.

Perfect replacement
All the parts necessary to conduct a full replacement of pads and sensor sleeve are included. There is actually enough of the pads for two replacements! You just need a bit of patience and time to do the job thoroughly. Recommend you do this every four months and replace the pads every two months.
