足全体を柔らかく包み込み、横にずれることもなく、安定し、足元に何の心配もいりません。デッドリフトやベンチプレス、ほかの筋トレ時に使用していますが、鍛えたい部位に集中できます。しかも、お洒落でかっこいいので，ジムでも上級者に見えます（と思っています。）とにかく気持ちいいです。
