LIVIVOElectric Heated Thermal Therapy Heat Pad with 3 Heat Settings for Neck Back Abdominal Arthritis & Body Pain Relief (Shoulders)

I bought this as I suffer from cold shoulders and this did heat up quickly. It warmed my shoulders nicely. There are 3 heat settings. There is no heating element in the neck part. It was an effective pain relief and I now use it for other parts of body, such as on lower back and stomach but I use it without closing the buttons. My whole family are using it now!What is a minor negative is that there is no velcro, just snap buttons. So for small persons like myself, it doesn't fit. It hangs over my shoulders with heat escaping. So a quick tip is to put a towel over it to stop heat excaping.I use this to warm my shoulders before using my shiatsu massager to get rid of shoulder knots and pain. So far, this has been really effective when used together. Sometimes before sleeping, i just use this to warm my shoulders and i sleep so much better. To summarise, I am really pleased with this. Great price, warm, cosy and an effective pain relief. I love it.

This has helped & improved my back pain. I like that the material is easy to adjust & that I can change the heat settings. Easy to use & very effective.

Comfortable and well made. Hottest setting is plenty hot enough.Only negative is that I don't have very broad shoulders and I have to pull it tight enough to really feel the heat.Overall very good. Would recommend

I am very happy with this item. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and it is of very good quality. It is soft, and confortable to use. It has different levels of heat that you can adjust accordingly.I normally suffer with a lot of neck pain and cramps of the the muscles on my shoulders, and this product really helped me decrease the stiffness. I feel much better after using it. Should have bought it earlier :D

Whilst the heat provide by this product was good, it wasn’t very comfortable to wear. It was too tight around the neck & didn’t sit comfortably on the shoulders, certainly wouldn’t have been able to sit with it on for any length of time that would have been needed to gain any benefit from the heat

My Mum has pulled a muscle in her neck. she struggles with trying to apply heat patches, so I bought her this. It’s easy to use and she is finding relief for her neck. Highly recommend.

I used electric pads before - they helped with my RA. I'm trying this one and it seems to work well, but I have impression the heat is not the same on the left and right side. A few slips in design - the collar is useless, the fastening is NOT for rheumatoid hands - velcro would be much better
