Oil Discharge - Broken Gas Valve.
Great looking bed seems quite solid and good for the price. Once I had assembled though I noticed the bed did not stay up and was dropping on one side. On further examination I noticed one of the valves had broken and leaked oil discharge onto my carpet. I had to get a professional cleaner and the picture is after it was cleaned. The company replaced the part no bother but they refuse to acknowledge that the damage to my carpet was due to this part and have offered nothing towards the cleaning. I really like the bed but a shame my sons brand new bedroom had a dirty oil mark in the carpet.

Great storage bed for great price
Very nice bed frame and the storage does make a huge difference. It was delivered very quickly and surprisingly in only 2 boxes. It was fairly easy to put together , didn’t take longer than 2 hours, but the trickiest part is when you need to put the legs on, you definitely need an electric screwdriver. Colour slightly darker than the pictures, but it does look nicer. I would definitely recommend this bed for someone who needs an ottoman base for an awesome price.

Orange not oak
The bed is basically a shade of orange. Nowhere near oak. The quality is ok, as ever a real pain to assemble but that’s expected. Bought a double bed mattress yep, it doesn’t fit as the bed claims to be a standard double so be aware

Hydraulic lifts not locking off .....
Bed was delivered 2 days early ... bonus. Instructions were not very easy to understand and 1 of the panels had not been pre drilled .. had to hire a handyman to fix the issue which cost me .. have just finished the build and the hydraulics do not lock off so I can not load up the storage space without it falling back down ... slightly concerning. Also the front headboard is 10cm shorter than advertised.. But it is a sturdy bed and suits my storage needs .
