Bought in 2018, and tried again in 2024 to use it, however, like others have reviewed, and both my son and I tried to program this, with no luck. Wonder if I can still return this? LOL!

Two months and still working.No operators instructions, very hard to program without instructions... trial and error method.

The auto on/off feature only worked for a matter of days and then it was just on all the time. I reset everything and it worked for one cycle and then returned to being on all the time.

Do companies test their products for reliability anymore?

Worked all winter. No complaints!

Garbage broke within the week

I have been using 4 of these at a time for almost 10 years. The first ones I bought lasted forever, but started dying off and all ended up getting replaced around 3 years ago. I caught them on sale at Rural King for $12 and bought new ones plus extras. Those were junk. A couple did last 3 years, but a couple lasted a few months, and a couple lasted a few days. At close to $25 each now, I would never buy another. This time I replaced them all with a different brand.

This product was given to me as a gift. It comes without programing instructions and is very, very difficult to figure out. Which, in the end, makes it junk. If you can use it, what good is it? NSI should be ashamed and I'm surprised Amazon still carries it.
