Crius Insulated Jacket

I lost a considerable amount of weight and found myself cold a lot more in the winter time particularly out on the farm just checking on things and casual activity. This coat lives up to it's labeling in terms of warmness. It's crazy warm, but does not make you sweaty as it seems to breathe, it's very lightweight, and it looks awesome even with dress clothing. It's too hot perhaps if you're working outside doing a lot of physical activity, but for mulling about or running errands--its just awesome. Now just to keep my wife from stealing it and keeping her hands out of the super soft pockets.

With fall and winter right around the horizon, I needed a new puffer coat to replace an old Eddie Bauer coat where the zipper finally gave up. I wasn't looking for something super heavy duty, but more something to wear around town, and when travelling for work. I wasn't familiar with the Ariat brand, as I'm not a cowboy or horse guy. But I was drawn to this jacket for the high end style that didn't look like I was about to hike Half Dome and the high fill density specifications.The jacket arrived fast, and the large size fits my 5'7, 188lbs frame perfectly. I'm on the broad side, so I like that this is cut a little roomier so I can layer underneath. The exterior fabric seems really high quality and more durable than traditional puffers. And the inside liner is super soft and comfortable. This isn't the kind of jacket that will pack down into its own pocket, but I didn't need that. But if you're a grown adult looking for a high quality, really nice looking winter puffer, check out the Ariat Cirus!

Nice, cleanly styled jacket, relatively lightweight, but still feels durable and sturdy. No really cold weather yet, but if the warmth is as advertised, the warmth-to-weight ratio will be great. Concealed carry pocket is a little skimpy and delicate. Writing this review primarily to compliment speedy shipping -- a week earlier than quoted on Amazon page. Very good pricing as well, depending on the jacket color.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it! He really loves the conceal and carry pocket, very cool! This coat is keeping him nice and warm and it looks nice on him.

Great price for a great quality jacket. Like the color, it fits perfectly, and I like the design of the concealed carry pocket. Zipper takes some getting used to it is a double headed one.

This is my second Ariat Jacket, first one had for a few years, now just wear it around the yard. I live in southern Idaho, so we have a long winter that gets pretty cold. This jacket will keep you really warm, I absolutely love it. The only down fall is the zipper, had to replace it on the first jacket after only a year. when I received the latest one, I had hoped that they would have put a better quality zipper on it, but alas no, I'm already having issues with the new one. (These are not cheap jackets) So be prepared to replace the zipper if you purchase one, not that big of a deal but at the price, would expect better.

Esta chamarra es de excelente calidad, su función de aislamiento térmico es impecable.La Talla es correcta, no viene ajustada o amplia. Aunque mi talla natural es L yo la pedí una talla arriba (XL) para poder usar un suéter grueso abajo; sin embargo al ver el excelente aislamiento que tiene la chamarra, bien la puedo usar encima de una camisa o playera solamente.El único comentario es sobre la forma de envío: recibí la chamarra en una bolsa y esto hizo que llegara muy arrugada y mallugada. Sugiero que para este tipo de artículos se empaque en una caja.
