Quality, good design and value for money are what you instantly think when first viewing this phone holder.Even before you open it, you can see that the box is well designed and sturdy... so you know you’re getting something good as soon as you receive it.The main part that will cradle your precious device looks sleek, with nicely rounded corners and is very smooth to the touch. But it is solidly made, and looks like it will withstand any bumps and bounces.The button to release the wings is located at the rear, and is easy to find and press. And once you have, the wings open via a mechanism that is as smooth as butter. No jerky or sticky release mechanism on this beauty.At the rear is where the connecting ball & socket joint is. This is easily locked in to your phones desired angle with a nice chunky lock nut.Also back there is the air vent locking trigger. This has not just one, but two settings to fix it securely on your cars air vents. So even if the vents slats are an unusual thickness, you know that it will be safe and secure with a flick of the smooth switch.Overall this is a really great product, at a very reasonable price. It is easily going to snuggle your phone for years to come, no matter how far you travel.

Holds the phone well but doesn’t secure to vent very well and keeps falling off

If you have a smartphone but no inbuilt screen on your car , this is for you. Few products can be said to transform your life, but this one has. It attaches securely to the car's air vents, and is fully adjustable, so that the phone is well supported, does not fall off, and you can see it easily when driving. Obviously the main use is for mapping, but it's also useful for using the other smartphone functions. The result is almost as good as having Apple or Android carplay sent to a dedicated screen. I can wholeheartedly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed, but check your air vent type first. Some are not suitable, and will not support the holder.

Not worth the money, it doesn't sit very sturdy in the car even without the phone in and it's fallen off multiple times but as I payed £7 for it had to out up with it even though found/ seen better ones for less

It looks sturdy and holds my Samsung. No problems so far.

I use this with a Fiat 500. It fits very snugly onto the ventilation grill and it is easy to remove the phone using the release button on the back. If I were to have any complaints, it covers the microhone jack hole so I cannot connect my phone to my car audio system at the same time. No problem though with using your charger cable while you drive.

Offered this to test and accepted as coincidentally mine snapped a couple days earlier.It's a robust compact unit with side clamps that move out when a button is pressed, and ratchet back to size when squeezed. Fixes firmly onto an Air vent bar, with capability to clamp to thin or thicker bars. Rotates any which way, and on the airvent is ideally positioned for viewing without head movement, and not interfering with road view. Doesn't wobble around and fixings have stayed tight. Unlike windshield sucker jobs it will not fall off in sunshine just when you need it most. In my Toyota it's a great improvement on the last design. My camper has a lower vent unit but the unit still gives a better phone position than my existing windshield attachment.Overall a much better design than any I've seen and although I can't speak for it's longevity since I've only had it a couple of days, it seems to be a sturdy unit for the money.

Comes slightly loose on the latch to the vent, could have a tighter grip. Works okay other than that.
