One of the waves doesn't work, my wife didn't care about that one, and had to take it on a trip anyways, so we didn't complain. Cables feel specially cheap, I don't know how many plug and unplug will resist.

I just wasted my $115. Don't buy this product is not work at all!!!!!!
I brought this Acupuncture machine on April. I just open it today to use. The machine is not working and the power light is not on. Totally is broken machine. This product is unreliable. Don't buy this machine. I just wasted my $115. And I request to return. It's too late to return back the system cant request return. Please avoid this product.

it broke couple of month later. keep make sound of song, and couldn't turn on electronic wave. Box contains only Chinese, so I couldn't even try to contact customer service or fixing manual. All my friends are using this model but I don't know why mine broke right away.

interface connectors proprietary so you must use wires from manufacturer.

This is a 'you get what you pay for'Chinese product. Deliveredlow power even when set on high. After several months-even atmedium setting- it provided severe jolts without notice. This isnot a safe product

Nope nope nope, this is not worth the price. I'm sorry guys. Its not really strong. Makes crazy weird (like its to break) noises. Sorry, there's no way I can recommend this.
