They’re holding my refund ransom until I write a better review even though I have returned the turntable...so now I give it 4 stars instead of 2.Didn’t want to give 1-star, because that always seems extreme. This turntable makes noise; albeit with a horrible hum and the possibility of scratching the heck out of your vinyls. This may not be the worst turntable you could buy, but don‘t be deceived. The reviews for this product are for a toolkit for iPhones, not for a turntable. This style of turntable is pretty bad for vinyls; the vibrations from the built-in speakers can cause the needle to scratch the surface of your records. Really disappointed that I thought I was getting a product that was over 4.0 stars, but this definitely is not that product.

The reviews are for a Fitbit charger, not a turntable! I had it for the first day and it was fine then I used Folie á Deux by Fall Out Boy on the player and it sounded bass-boosted, and not in a good way! I was thinking maybe the record had a scratch or something, but then I tried Fallen by Evanescence and it was the same. Then I hooked up Bluetooth and played some songs and it was even worse! It was very muffled and horrible sounding! Buy at your own risk!

Bought this record player for my daughter for Xmas on approx. 12/15/18. Malfunctioned and no longer working on 2/1/18. Music sounds muffled, distorted, and unclear. Believe speakers blew. Bought insurance but they said it should still be under warranty reached out to Amazon to contact manufacturer about a week ago. Still waiting. Will update you if they do the right thing and rectify this issue.

So, I finally received my record player and after reading the reviews...I can see now what people meant about the jumping/skipping. meaning the actual turntable which you place the record on does seem to jump causing the record to skip. speaker quality is horrible however; if you use the aux cable to connect a speaker it doesn't sound half bad so,for the price of this record player you really can't complain. Purchase was made in hopes that the reviews were wrong but sound quality is horrible. this record player does serve its purpose in playing your vinyl. once you can afford a nicer record player I would highly suggest you splurge. this is pretty much a novel piece that is very convenient to transport move around being that it comes in a suitcase and once again serves its purpose in playing your vinyl. Also, it's nice that it does come with the 45 adapter so...you don't have to purchase separately which I didn't realize until after the fact.

This cheap record player does not play at the correct RPM regardless of the settings. I threw on several 45 RPM's and the record player is still spinning to slow when set to 45. I tried all speeds and clearly it is off and broken. The sound quality is also very poor. I would throw in an extra 15 bucks and get the 45 dollar record players, I replaced this one with the vitriola brand and it is night and day difference.

I got this record player for my grandson it’s so funny how the the younger generation are (he is just turning 20) going back to vinyl but the sound is great on this player he loves it!

For the first few weeks we loved it.. but then we noticed that the motor was slowing down and the records sound so distorted. Since it was a Christmas present I bought it in November and we are past our return date.

It looks cool, works well enough but I can tell it won’t last too long. I have noticed some wobble to the record due to cheaply made turntable. Speaker quality is ok but I hooked up some external speaker which allows me to enjoy this a bit more. Connects to blue tooth no problem and I am sure that’s all this will do in the future when the wobble of the turn table makes it impossible to play a record
