Elipson Omega 100 Turntable with Ortofon OM10 Cartridge - Red

I have attempted to set up this turntable with no success. I disconnected my old turntable which was working and sounding fine. When I hooked up the Elipson Omega 100, there was a crackle from both speakers. The tone arm had been set up in the factory, so I didn't attempt to adjust that. Very little help in the instruction manual. I emailed Elipson and I'm waiting to hear back from them. Probably have to return this turntable to Amazon. Not at all happy.

Since my original review I'm having to re-submit my review. My first elipson only lasted a couple of weeks before the power supply input at the back of the turntable fell into the body, after waiting a couple of weeks for a replacement i thought great, then after a couple of hours i noticed a distortion which got worse over time, i tried adjusting the weight on the arm but this did not get rid of the distortion, so that had to go back and now I'm on a teac tn300 in cherry which i must say looks a million dollars and so far sounds good to(hopefully I'm not temtin fate)
