EATING TIPS: - Tualang Honey is much stronger than other honeys. People not used to consume honey can start with lighter choice (Red & Yellow) at the beginning. Once body adapted to Tualang Honey, people can start consume stronger choice (Black & Gold), depending on your therapy need. Recommend alternate dosing between lighter choice and stronger choice in every 2-3 month cycle. - For Yellow Honey, suggest direct oral 1 teaspoon every morning & night.
