What do you do with the pulp?

We take the pulp, add olive oil, water, salt, grated ginger, cumin and some flour to make a stiff dough. Roll it out between two pieces of baking paper until it is quite thin. With the dough still between the paper, use the back of a table knife to make squares running the knife side to side and up and down. Bake in a 200 degree oven 5-10 minutes on each side. Allow to cool and you have your own crackers. You may need to play with the ingredients until you get them to be crisp without browning them too much. I do it by feel and by eye so you will get to it....otherwise you will throw the pulp away. We use all organic fruits and vegetables with success and love our homemade crackers.

I'm going to lose my mind. Does this juicer work or not?

It works, but not the best juicer I've ever owned. Very wet pulp (wasted juice) and chunks of fruit in my juice. I had better performance from a $40 juicer.

If you are asking if you can juice them, yes, you can. Oranges should be peeled, whether organic or not. The rind has a bitterness in the oil. Lemons, IF ORGANIC, can be juiced WITH the peel on. If they're not organic, I would peel them. Lemons do not have that bitterness in the rind oil.When you juice the oranges in this type of juicer, the juice will come out looking more whitish, opaque and not like orange juice. It tastes sort of like an Orange Julius, if you know what that is. Looks like one, too. If you are looking for the transparent, normal-looking orange juice, go with a different juicer.
