Beautiful Healthy Bush
My guys got me this hydrangea bush for a late Mother’s Day gift! I can’t believe they ordered this from Amazon. I guess I didn’t think live plants would make it through shipment. This bush came in perfect condition, it was well packaged in a box that was designed to protect the plants during shipment. Not one branch was was broken, it arrived with 10 buds ready to bloom.

Disappointed
This is what I ordered, and this is what I got.I ordered this for My Mom for Mother’s DayIt arrived with not even one bloom on it.The description pictures and what I got look completely different.If there isn’t going to be any blooms on it then they (Should) explain that in the description.So disappointed, I chose this particular brand because I have had good luck with them through my local greenhouses.And when I went to communicate that I was unhappy they told me it is not returnable. And that no one is available to speak to me at this time 🤷♂️It should also be listed in the description that they are not returnable.I work in customer service- so yes it is nice to have good customer service. And by not saying anything you are helping to make the problem worse.This is not a $10 item.I expected to receive a plant that somewhat resembles the description of the plant I ordered.I realize it is not going to be perfect and just like the picture, but come on??

Comes well packed.
I planted this about a week ago. Looked nice right from the time I took it out of the box. It was over 2 foot tall when I got it and already had blooms on it. I can't wait until it grows up. Lol
