Pure Kosher Sea Salt, 1 Pound, Jacobsen Salt Co., 2 Pack Bundle

We were introduced to Jacobsen Salt Co by a chef friend of ours and haven't looked back since our first purchase years ago. This salt is so good for garnishing and finishing. It's a bit coarser and a different flake than your standard kosher salt. I wouldn't use it for baking unless it was to finish on top (though they have a separate finishing salt that is divine!). It's totally worth the extra money.... hard to explain until you've tried it. Salt makes the biggest difference in the world, and Jacobsen is the best.

This is a salt with amazing flavor and purity. We have visited the small business on the Oregon coast and loved it. Delighted it’s available nationally.If you ever doubted salts are not all alone, I encourage you to try this. You can taste the purity.

The product is of high quality. Coarse granules make it easy to properly season without over seasoning. I also use it to make the brine I use to ferment pickles and Saurkraut, and as a rub for bacon. The only drawback is it is expensive but if you don’t mind paying more for high quality it is worth it.

I buy this salt frequently and love it. Unfortunately this vendor, Wholesome Provisions, should be avoided. Both boxes ordered arrived with the package seal broken one was obviously cut. There was loose salt in the packaging due to the bag containing the salt having a hole. I can’t return it due to the policy (first time this has happened to me). Totally a waste as I don't trust it now. This salt is amazing and gets a 5 the vendor gets a 0.

Same issue with the Jacobsen caramels. Great product but packaging was totally smashed. Very bummed.
