Easy to fit
Heat elements had gone in my tumble dryer.

Incorrect fitting for TCM570
Had to remove 1 star due to the fitting being incorrect for my Hotpoint TCM570.Once I removed the old element I needed to remove the old plug and rewire to the new element as the socket connection was subtly different.After that, the new element seemed to work just fine and the tumble dryer was up and running in no time. Other than that slight niggle I can't fault the delivery and service etc.

Replacement part did the job
Tumble dryer was tripping the RCD, on investigation I found the element broken & touching the chassis of the machine. Ordered this part, found the plug assembly a little different from the original (no captive clip) but it still connected to the socket I used some pvc electricians tape to make sure the plug & socket did not vibrate apart. Tumble dryer fully working within 45 minutes. Much cheaper than a service engineer call out. Excellent service & product.
