Super results
I was asked by my trainer to start this and he suggested some of them which were like 2x and 3x the prize of this. But since i had used them in the past and i was sure of the quality i bought health hey. They never disappoint u actually. The supplements are very good n give amazing results. I could see the difference in numbers when i did my bmi. Qualoty stuff Made in india and cost effective, what else you would want.

My Experience with a Supplement for Fat Loss and Muscle Gain
This product actually works and isn't a sham at all. I've been using it for a long time because I wanted to lose fat and gain muscle through exercise, and it works wonders. I can exercise longer without worrying about fatigue and muscle pain. It's great for muscle recovery. It's not a weight loss product, but I've lost 10 kg in 5 months and am very happy with the results. I don't look pale and weak; I look healthy and muscular now. If you take this supplement with a proper diet and exercise, it will make you stronger and more muscular. Before starting your exercise routine, check your BMR. I usually take this supplement half an hour before exercising. I exercise for about 1.5 hours. I don't go to the gym, but I use a stationary bike at home. I include various exercises: sometimes I run 5-6 km, sometimes I walk 10 km, and when I'm bored with walking, I do spinning on my stationary bike along with some stretching and weight training. Go for it!!

It won't work
Please don't buy any suppliments without any proper research,my suggestion is to take advice from your dietician (₹200 online) and then take these capsules, I have seen many pimples after the usage of this product.
