Privacy concerns- Require your cell phone number to use product
I can't review how the product actually works because I refused to register my personal information with this Chinese company. In order to use the app to run these plugs they require you to provide your cell phone number. They then send you a verification code to make sure you sent them a valid phone number. I have no intention of providing my cell phone number to any company let alone some foreign company. They need to update their description to let people know upfront.

Can not connect
I bought these thinking the set up would be fairly easy. I spent an hour trying to get them to connect, either via the app or Alexa. Neither worked. This should be easy, why do these people make it rocket science? I work with commercial lighting controls, I don't have this kind of problems with sophisticated wireless equipment.Try something else.

Don't waste your money and time.
Arrived broken in pieces with no instructions it only has 1 relay inside not separate controlled outlets. Made of cheap plastic, it literally arrived in little pieces. The other 1 was just cracked but was dead wouldn't power on.

Best plug ever
Tremendous design!!! I really like the design of these plug. They are smart and portable. I put them into my bedroom and connect with my lamp or air conditioner. We always forget to turn off the wiring, and this little smart thing can help me out. I think I will buy more. They are super useful!!

Works as one plug, one plug broke
One star because each side doesn't work separately. One plug malfunctioned after 5 months. Disappointing.

Melted at 10 amps.....
Wonât support 1500 watt heater which is 10 amps. Melted housing (dangerous) and quit within 10 minutes. Good for low amperage I guess.
