Proud to say this Yerba Mate has become our new go-to for a perfect mid-day lift. What We Love: - Flavor Profile: It has a delicious, slightly nutty, earthy, and aromatic flavor. While great on its own, it's truly AMAZING with a simple tablespoon of honey. - Unbeatable Freshness: The packaging is excellent and impressively retains its flavor and aroma. We've had the bag for almost a whole year, and we are honestly surprised at how fragrant and potent it still is! - Clean Energy: The caffeine content is hard to beat per serving (25mg), especially if you're knowledgeable about your teas (black, red, green, matcha, etc.). I feel like it provides a slow, steady clean energy without that typical afternoon slump. Overall, this is a wonderful, clean, and refreshing drink to sip on without going overboard on caffeine. I was worried about the taste when purchasing this tea, but I absolutely love the taste. Tastes like green tea and the tea you get at a Asian restaurant combined. Very good tasting and no need for sweeteners at all. It does curb the appetite a bit, yes. Not too strong and smells great. I definitely recommend. Comes in easy to use pouches verses loose tea. My daughter and her auntie loves this when they tried it as well. 5 stars.

SO I JUST TRIEDYERBA MATE FOR THE FIRST TIME. I am a coffee nut i love love coffee. However coffee doesn’t love me. I have yet to find an alternative until now. Yerba Mate doesnt give me that strong delicious taste of coffee but it does me that soft non herbal tea taste that I love in coffee. This is my wonderful alternative to coffee.
