Just what the Doctor said to buy
These multi-vitamins don't include copper. I learned the hard way that most aging adults in the U.S. and Canada suffer from copper toxicity from plumbing pipes, and taking even more is insane. We are happy with the size and available documentation. These vitamins are sold a higher prices by the leading nutrition and supplement retailers because or quality and experience. We stopped using the big brands that include copper. Why take toxic heavy metals when trying to stay healthy?

All Multis are not the same.
I never thought taking a multi did much until I found this one, ran out, and my body took a dive! Have been using this product for about 4-5 years now and just recently put my husband on it as well, at his request. Great product and you know you aren't pooping it out whole like doctors say happens when you take those hard pill kind. My husband is also feeling the difference after being on it for a couple of weeks. His IBS isn't as bad for some reason.

Great multi
I have taken this for some time and it is a great multi. I take six a day in divided doses, two with each meal, to start, and then back-off to three a day, one with each meal. I have had IV therapy for excessive copper so I need a multi without copper, which is hard to find.

First Multi-Mineral in Which I'm Not Allergic
The subject line says it all. I have tried numerous "hypoallergenic" mineral compounds that I experienced rapid allergic reactions to. Overall, I can highly recommend Allergy Group supplements. They accomplish what they state.
