The Light of Egypt; Or, the Science of the Soul and the Stars [Two Volumes in One]

I am so happy I finally bought this book. It has both volumes 1 and 2. I have read volume 2 on pdf, and listened twice on audiobook. Volume 2 for me was an easy read, because it was so interesting and well written. I learned so much esoteric knowledge that I was able to apply in my life. That and the work was nourishing and enjoyable to read. I have heard it said that if you could only read 1 of the 2 volumes, then you should definitely read volume 2. I am looking forward to reading volume 1, and then 2 again, all in 1 book. Print is easy to read, this is an all around nice soft cover. You would most likely be very happy with this purchase.

This is an outstanding book for those who are wishing to get another perspective on life, or this could answer your questions on life completely. Make sure you're careful with the cover of the book because it catches fingerprints very easily.But this book is great at challenging the "normal views" on modern society (although I havent read the full book but this is an occultist POV so its very different to a modern POV) such as where God really comes from and views on sex and reincarnation and evolution. However this is still a good book to read some astrology AND get more information on planets and how occultism and astrology coincide.But the language is quite hard to read and I had to read over the chapters twice at times. I'm saying this because I quite like reading and English in general, so I wouldn't recommend this to someone who isn't great at English - or is at least willing to challenge their English dialogue. The language here is great though. Very detailed and informative and descriptive.All in all this is a truly awakening book, especially for those on their spiritual journey towards awakening like me. It provides great insight and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for "answers" or perspective on life. Ask and ye shall receive.

very desapointed about the condition of the book!. santos bonacci made me curius about this book. Thomas H. Burgoyne was a genius. will be pleasure to reed, but now i have to check all pages to see if there is others damage inside!!. very desapointed

This book deserves the perfect rating because its a bargain of knowledge for the price. I have since I bought this one, I bought the 1965 versions of the 2 separate volumes it is exactly to the tee for the 1963 editions but I have the 1965 reprint addition and 2 chapters are missing from this book other wise this book is an awesome read. Its kinda hard to read which means its not a novel you must study it slow that is the author's intent here. This book raised my conciousness level and I'm sure it will enlighten you I highly recommend this book I love it smooth cover it feels great on your hands as well. Very good content about reincarnation and karma I never looked at it from this point of view. There are other copies Amazon sells which I don't own but its the same book but a different publisher and it has awesome reviews 2 separate volumes but if you don't want 2 separate books I highly recommend this one bargain for all this wisdom you'll gain.
