I see this is 12V and 3000mAh, does anyone know how many amps it outputs?

How many amps ANY battery puts out, are limited by the internal resistance of the battery, and the impedance (resistance) of the load. Some batteries can only put out limited power, even into a dead short. But with lithium batteries (and most rechargeable batteries) they are capable of putting out huge amounts of amperage, which can cause fires and explosions. So when the battery maker says not to exceed some amperage, that is when the battery will be damaged, and possibly explode. Don't worry about how much it CAN put out, stick to what the battery maker says it SAFELY can be asked to put out.

So, can this be left on “I” charge state constantly?

Yes. You’ll want to charge it tho when you’re not using it. The leds will drain the battery eventually.

Hour rate would help. 3000ah means nothing without that.

3000Mah is nearly everything you need to know. It means you can draw 3 amps for one hour, or 1.5 Amps for 2 hours.. The only other question to ask is what is the maximum number of Amps that can be drawn at any time. Then based on your own amp requirement, you can decide if the battery will supply enough amps, and you can calculate for how long.

I made the AMT Enterprise D model and lighted it straight wire using 12 volt led strips. I only used two independent 12 volt led’s with resistors to light the busard collectors. (The red glowing things) All static no flashers. I initially used a nine volt battery as a power supply but was disappointed with the brightness. This battery pack did the trick and increased the brightness by approximately 50%. I had to cut off one of the male plugs, pig tail it and solder it to the positive/negative wires I used to light the model. None of the reviews I read mentioned using this as a power source for modeling so I thought I would. It will work great for such projects. The photo was taken during daytime hours and the lights are still very visible.
