The worst purchase I’ve ever made
This thing is worthless. I can’t connect it to my phone (brand new iPhone) says incorrect password. If it’s not connected to your phone it doesn’t work. What a waste of money. Do not, I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS. would have saved me plenty of headaches.

Continous problems
The car has been more non functional than working. The wheel bearing has been replaced, the battery has been replaced, and now it is not working again and the company will not respond to my requests to fix. It was purchased Dec 2017 and first problem occurred six weeks after purchase.

This thing broke after two months...getting service from the MFG is a nightmare, especially since Amazon is allowing an unauthorized dealer to sell the product.

Best toy my daughter has ever had.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I was one of the first people to buy this product. I preordered it 8 months before it went on sale. It arrived a couple days before Christmas. My Daughter was 3 years 2 weeks old when she got it. She loves driving it. recently I added drift wheel that were a big hit is well. The GEO fence and speed control on the app is great to bring stop the driver. My little girl shouts at me when I turn the speed down and wants it max speed all the time.I had one issue with my Kart after about 6 months of hard use. It would not turn on. I contacted Actev and they sent me a shipping label to send part back to them the same day. Because I live close I asked if I could drop the entire go kart to them. They said that's fine. Well a few days later I went to pick it up. I was quite surprised. Not only did they fix it, they had replace the well worn tires, fixed a part my daughter broke and also modified the kart to the latest design to strengthen it.Cant recommend it enough for so many reasons. My son is 16 months old and he jumps in the seat of the Go Kart.

Best customer relations and product support.
I have built hot rods and race cars my entire adult life and at 66 years of age, it was my intention to make something for my grandkids. However, health changes happen; then I saw the news article for this kart. Grudgingly, I admitted that this concept is the future and pre-ordered one. After the initial setup, all worked fine. However, when we were to present it as a gift, gremlins appeared which caused non-running issues. Several troubleshooting e-mails passed back and forth, but I wasn't satisfied. Then, the VP of Actev called me and said they would send a factory troubleshooter to my home and fix it, guaranteed!!! THAT IS TRULY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am satisfied they have fixed the initial "hiccups" in their production and I would expect many happy customers in the future. BTW, our 5 year old grand daughter and 8 year old grandson love it and the speed control and emergency shut down by phone make my wife very comfortable. Especially when the 5 year old drives in reverse, laughing all the way!
