Would not recommend
The watch its self fits well and looks nice. However the app you have to use is absolutely useless. It plays advers after a few seconds so you cannot click between options uninterrupted (doesn't appear to be an option to remove them) the phone has to be connected to your mobile at all times or it vibrates warning you (happens in the middle of the night). I got it as a sleep tracker to monitor how oftain i wake up in the night but so far its classed me as been awake when I've been asleep and asleep whilst I've been sat playing on my phone. The only thing that seems to work properly is the step tracker and telling the time but unfortunately that is not something that I required the watch for.

Inaccurate
I love the colour and I like the fact you can take your heart rate, blood pressure and your sats. Unfortunately it isn't accurate with your steps and keeps resetting itself. It's a shame because everything else is really good. You get what you pay for.

Stopped working after two weeks for no reason, both in terms of charging AND taking heart rate

help for a healthier lifestyle
I wanted an accurate heart rate monitor for exercise without having to use my chest strap. The heart rate seems to be accurate compared to readings on the gym equipment, and it picks up changes in heart rate really quickly.
