Strange sensation when the tablet begins to foam. It is almost like thick meringue. It kind of grows in your mouth. It seems to do the job by blocking acid though.

I do occasionally suffer from light heartburn and this product works perfectly to get rid of it. The delicious taste and really fun foaming action are bonuses!
