Love the bags - not not really that reusable.
These bags are good for sous vide, but cleaning them is not worth the time or effort. The hand pump pulls a good vacuum, but it takes a little coordination to get things working the first time or two. The hand pump will need to be cleaned occasionally as liquids get sucked out of the bag into the pump. I prefer food saver bags to these because food saver bags can be completely submerged (these can't), but if you have a dish you'll need to open to check to see if cooking is done these are a better option. For the money gallon zip lock freezer bags (sealed with displacement method) a better economic choice.

Very simple operation
Used this little gadget at least 4 times since getting it a month ago...have used it to cook rib roast, lamb shank, lobster and steaks...very simple to use...never had any problem achieving a good deal...only down side is reusing them...as other reviewers said trying to clean and reuse is not worthwhile...wish I could buy bags only...don’t need another pump.

Works great
These have been working great for me so far.I actually primarily use these to vacuum-seal my Stasher silicone sous vide bags, and they've worked like a champ for that.I'm not certain how durable the pump will be, but it works...

The bags and pump do the job, but the apparatus that comes with iit to help pumping seems useless (or maybe I am because I couldn't figure out how to use it).I got fed up with the bags so I bought a vacuum sealer.

Great Bags
Very useful bags to sous vide. They seal well and vacuum tight easily. Biggest complaint is that they are not fun to clean out in order to reuse them however this would be an issue with any bag.

Not reusable so too expensive.
These work if you are careful. Very tricky to re-use as suggested because cleaning is so hard. I cooked turkey the day they arrived -it used up two bags. First one got a puncture on a rosemary stem during sealing. The 2nd one cooked fine but the opening split when I tried to wash it. So far an expensive experiment.

The vacuum is useless. The bags are fine.
