Too small, not made for normal window size curtains

Purchased: Clear rose-shaped holdback, in bronze.I should've listened to other reviews when they said the holdbacks were too small. I only needed them to pull back very thin curtains in my salon, as it's used for decorative purposes, so I thought to myself--how small it could possibly be? I'm not trying to hold back blackout curtains or anything of really heavy material. "Small" really doesn't cut it. The entire holdback could fit in my small, 30-yr-old, Asian female hands. It was literally a child's toy, and I can't even imagine this holding anything back, other than maybe a pinky. I can't even wrap the hook part around my wrist! I think the hook portion is about the size of a quarter--I wish I had taken pictures and measurements before I angrily threw it back into the box for immediate return. If you're looking to hold back actual curtains, keep on searching.
