CLEAN! you can recognize every ingredient and read it. This is very important to me. I eat clean and drink water so what I put on my skin matters too. I bought these in March 2019 and have been using them ever since but just now got around to the review in November 2019. LOL. The owner contacted me after my initial order and at no time requested "leave no negative review", I mask every day, YES!!! I use the top name Department store brands with their proprietary "essences" that can run $6-$11 a pair for eye masks. The Regenaglow are amazing and affordable and worthy of gift giving to anyone you love. The eye area has the thinnest skin and the smallest fat pads that deteriorate rapidly with aging and external stresses, as we all know. Certain approved beauty industry ingredients or chemicals exacerbate the condition. Gold, copper, silver and Platinum are excellent at counteracting aging but they need to be in nano particles, suspended in a liquid,invisible to the human eye ( no pun intended) in order to be absorbable. Hyaluronic acid is amazing for hydration bc it can hold 1000X its weight in liquid, but it evaporates so it must be maintained, or used frequently. Vitamin C, is natures antioxidant and Vitamin E is a natural preservative. Hydration, is the best defense for the eye area and frequently, or every day possible. I don't understand the negative reviews at all.... I found the pads to be a good weight, any heavier and it pulls on the delicate area, who wants mini cinder blocks?. They stay on also and they are consistent in weight with higher name brands, not too thin or heavy. I recommend refrigerating them bc cold helps combat aging in many ways, and also the lack of chemicals means shorter shelf life so it helps preserve them. So keep them next to your cashew milk or creamer and put them on when making your coffee in the morning. I love using them while I apply my eye makeup then remove and finish, and look amazing and hydrated. I also love using them on my eyebrows, laugh lines and even lips. I give them as gift all the time because I love them. At this price you can afford to multi mask and gift. The packaging is beautiful, and professional, too, loooove the white color too. I recommend if you use an essence then apply first, as a boost, so the ingredients absorb better. They are also great when face masking, especially to protect the eye area if using a mud or creamy mask not intended for eye area, so it protects and nourishes. I like my high end masks but I turn to these daily and splurge on the Brands weekly. R&D needs the face mask version of these....for 2020? lolNo, I was not compensated in any way for this review, just my opinion from masking every day and using most brands, especially Korean and Japanese brands.

I usually buy the 24K gold eye patches, but tried these because they are slightly cheaper and there are 20 pairs in a box instead of 15. But these aren't nearly as good. I can easily use the 24K patches twice, so I get 30+ uses out of a 15 pair box. With these pads, I can barely use them once. They dry out 5-10 min after I put them on (the 24K patches, I can keep on for 30 min and they are still hydrated and cool under my eyes). And I can't reuse these - they are shriveled and ready to toss after 1 use. So, yes they are cheaper, but when you factor in that they don't work as well and you can't use them twice, they aren't really cheaper.

Received my collagen eye masks well packaged. The company even emailed me to make sure they were received in good condition! I have used them 2 times do far and I have to say I like how moisturized my under eye area felt and when I got up in the morning it still felt soft and smooth. The puffiness looks to be less too which makes me happy. All in all great product love that it’s made in the USA and that the company is very customer service friendly

I had previously purchased Regenaglow’s Derma roller and it was a fantastic product. This one is no different. Professional packaging, top of the line customer service and of course a great product. Since I’ve been using the eye pads I’ve seen a noticeable difference in the puffiness around my eyes. My skin around the eye smoother and lighter. Impressed as always with this company and their attention to detail. Also, this being a Veteran Owned business and my Dad was a Navy Veteran, I enjoy supporting this seller. I only wish they had more products.

I leave them on longer (45mns to an hour) and the benefits are amazing. I started to develop deeper lines under my eyes (in my 50s) and with these they are virtually unnoticed now. Never had results like these with any other under eye product being cream, gels, eye patches, etc. I will definately reorder.

In a sea of what I can only assume are private labeled undereye patches, these stood out for not being a gimmicky gold color and a perfect price point. They work really well before putting on makeup to bring down puffiness, don't irritate my super duper sensitive eyes, and they feel very cool & refreshing. Pro tip: store in the fridge for extra depuffing powers!

They tell you not to leave a negative review before contacting them but that’s sketchy and made me WANT to submit this. Unlike similar products I’ve used through the years, these are very cheap imitations of higher quality ones and don’t work at all for me. Way too thin, don’t stay well, not moist enough to fully stick (sticks only to area immediately under eye leaving 2/3 of the product with huge air bubbles underneath no mater how many times I pat down) and no visible results immediately after use which I always experience with every other product like this so I can’t imagine there being any lasting benefit either.

I did try one of them, followed instructions but they don't stay on. Disappointed with the product but the rating is for the service provided. The owner got in touch and resolved the issue and also got feedback on what was wrong with it. For that I have updated the reatings
