Three problems with this device:1. Mounting: I mounted mine as high up on the windshield as it can go but the image captured is most of the hood and a very little street. There is no adjustment as the lens-head housing is one solid piece with the rest of the cam - it's not movable.2. Image quality is poor. Apart from not being clear, all images are at a distance; almost as if its set to the wrong focal point. This also is non-adjustable3. The rear cam presents a reverse image. For example, a car passing you on the right is presented on the left of the screen. At first, I thought I installed the rear cam upside down but the image for the rear cam is right-side up but it gives you a reverse view.4. Finally, installation instructions are not included. What is included is a general description of the various modes of the camera but nothing at all on the technical installation.I returned mine for a refund

Firstly, I'd like to address the review by Joseph:Three problems with this device:1. Mounting: I do not see how he had problems mounting the camera. It's pretty self-explanatory as to what needs to be done. You can also tilt the lens 360 degrees, despite what he has said. The camera gives me a large field of vision and I have no complaints!2. Image quality: Again, the image quality for me has been great and better than I expected from a camera at this price point!3. The rear cam presents a reverse image: I do not look at the camera as I'm driving, so I have no idea if that's what he is referring to, however, I can say that the video is presented correctly and exactly as you'd expect from the rear dash. If you make a left turn, in the video playback it looks like the car has turned right, as what would be expected from recording behind you!4. Finally, installation instructions are not included. What is included is a general description of the various modes of the camera but nothing at all on the technical installation:I have never installed a Dashcam before, and even I felt that the installation was extremely easy. Took me about 15 minutes after reading everything and seeing where I wanted things.Overall, I am very happy about the dashcam, and would definitely recommend it to friends and family! It has an EXCELLENT price point and the video quality @1080p dual recording is great! A big sell for me also has been the WiFi app, which saves you the trouble of having to manually connect the SD card or camera to extract footage! You can do it in minutes sitting in your car without any wires!Also, customer service has been amazing! They responded to my questions within 24hours and never left me hanging. I would definitely recommend this camera!

I reviewed a ton of cameras, options in all price ranges and decided to give this a try. Camera is easy to set up and installation is super simple. I chose to buy separate hard wire kit $9 to run constant power with low battery cutoff for recording while parked. Installation time 30 min with pulling my trim panels for hidden wiring. All necessary items were there for regular wiring.Video quality is great in dual mode and even better if just recording in front mode. Image quality at night on is tough with headlights on it. Not defect with camera. Video compared to an older camera I have it is hands down better.Customer service has been great responding to any questions asked within 24hrs and usually less. Would buy again.

Best camera for this price! 4K or 1080p 60fps front recording or 1080p 30fps front + rear rcoreing in same time to one sd card creating two deprecate video files. Also build in GPS.

Both cameras have very good quality video. I installed both cameras on the front windshield. The rear camera is facing the back of the vehicle. This enables me to get amazingly good video coverage of the driver, passengers and the rear of the vehicle. Should it happen that I get pulled over and be accused of using my cell phone not wearing a seat belt or whatever. I can rest assured that the video coverage will show what really happened and get any tickets dismissed.The whole system is so simple to install that you don’t really need the instructions. Great product and I would recommend it, I live in Canada and this camera can handle our cold winter climate.

Originally I was excited to purchase this dash camera. It had all the features that I was looking for. I could record while I was driving, which didn't actually work, I could record if there was any motion while I was parked, this part did work, and I could use 128 GB microSD cards, only one worked and the item was bricked after replacing the card with a new one. I do not recommend this item for anybody unless you want to keep purchasing it every 6 months.

Works as described. I was not happy that I needed to download the latest software verify that the GPS tracking works but for the price, I was OK with the inconvenience.Just FYI, the review below seems fishy. The lens "is" movable. I have it on my Ford F150 massive front end and it shows a perfect view of what should be recorded including the massive bed in the back showing most of the rear perfectly clear as well. Sounds like a a bogus review.

Amazon is refunding my money since the seller refuses to honor their warranty. I'm shocked that amazon allows such companies to sell on their website. it's a shame.Update: after talking with seller for weeks, they refuse to warranty my camera. Says 18 month warranty, but they want to send me a completely different camera that someone else rejected and returned. I’ll have to contact amazon to get this resolved. In the mean time I’m left unprotected by my $150 junk camera.I installed this in my car, and 77 days later, the screen stops working, the case is warping. I think its still recording, but i dont know unless i remove the card and check it.....I had hoped it was designed to work in a car, but apparently the materials are substandard and not up to the task....
