Easy set up in Motorhome for DVD playback on two screens
These work great! Use them in my motorhome for the front to back Tvs. There is a slight delay but it is not noticeable if you have the sound on one tv only. Remember they will not work to relay video from a smart tv to another one. You would need a video out signal for that. I just use these for DVD'S.

Very clear video and audio
I purchased two for the RV and then added one for the house, living room to outdoor TV. I forgot to put the antennas on the units and they transmitted perfectly anyway. Great units. Note that there is a slight delay when turning on my outdoor TV for the units to detect the signal from each other. No skipping or audio lag.

The distance that the receiver can go is limited
I used the Home Wireless HDMI Video Transmitter & Receiver to have a tv in the bed room.Home Wireless HDMI Video Transmitter & Receiver worked as described but the distance was quite limited. If you had a tv in a close room it worked fine with very little to no lag but longer distances in different rooms it wasn't that good and in the end it wasn't able to be used for what I wanted it for.But to be fair I was pushing the distance that I wanted it to work.It was easy to setup and was well made.

It works but the picture jumps occasionally
The media could not be loaded. I bought this so I wouldn't have to cut open my wall to run a HDMI cable to the TV mounted over my fireplace. It was super simple to setup and it works well most of the time. Occasionally when I first turn on the TV I get the blue setup screen for an extended period of time before the picture appears. Most of the time the blue screen disappears after about 2 seconds. I have noticed the picture freeze/jump on a few occasions. It got pretty bad on one day in particular but after I rebooted the transmitter box it seemed to stop happening.

Sound is a bit off? Broke in 2 months update
I had an IOGear unit for almost five years and it suddenly stopped working. I replaced it with this unit.It is truly a plug n play device and the picture quality is excellent. I am feeding it through a Roku on my main TV with a secondary TV in the kitchen, not very far away. But at first, when both TVs were on I had to mute the 2nd TV because it might as well have been on another channel for as un-synced as the sound was. With the IOGear the sound was perfectly synced and you could not even tell another TV was on. Since it came synced from the factory I put up with it for a while. Then I went ahead and did the sync myself and that helped immensely. Now the 2nd TV is more like an echo. Just a split second difference from the sound on my primary TV. Annoying if the second TV is loud, so I keep it turned down until I am back in that room.Over all I'm pretty happy with it. It's nice having it work without a remote or really anything required from the user.UPDATE: From four stars to one.It is Nov 18, just a couple months after purchasing, and the receiver will no longer pair with the transmitter.I have had to pair the devices manually at least once a day for the last couple weeks and no it just stopped pairing at all. My second TV is useless at the moment.I have contacted the manufacturer through Amazon, so we shall see...They want the unit back before they will ship me a new one. Or at least tracking showing it is on its way back.I really thought they would just send me a new one, as it's only been two months.I'll be going with a different make for a replacement. And I will make sure to check the questions and reviews on if the sound sync is acceptable.

Nice solution for those that need it.
This is light years ahead of my old composite 5ghz video sender .... it supported 2 receivers & the audio latency was acceptable, but at the end of the day, the video quality sucked. And if anything got in the path (people, dogs, chairs) , the signal dropped out.The WS55 takes a little longer to start up (2-4 seconds or so, if the HDMI input signal was off ... during this period the blue Nyrius splash screen is up ), but the digital audio & video are rock solid & the audio latency doesn't irritate. Synchronization between the 2 receivers is good & standing in front of a receiver doesn't cause drop outs (my RXs & TX are about 15 feet apart). It also runs much cooler than my old units.So.... is it perfect? No. Is it better than pulling wire .... Yes. And the price doesn't break the bank like some options out there. And with all of the A/V goodies out there, it is very easy to integrate into an older A/V receiver that may not support audio thru the HDMI ports. I picked up an Amazon Basics audio extractor, an HDMI switch (my receiver only has 2 HDMI inputs) and now my Sat Box, Fire Stick, and Blu Ray player are all happy....

Works great with satelite TV.
Each satellite box cost money that I can not spare. Generally 7 dollars a month, for 84 for the year. In two years that is 168 dollars and you do not own the equipment. This works great and can be used in any room. The downside is that you can not have two different shows showing. Whatever the main receiver is tuned to that is it.I also use it ( needs to be moved) to show shows from my computer to the living room tv.If I move I will take this with me and I may buy another, who knows?
