I've been trying several things for my very high arches, after beginning to have foot pain on the top of my foot. I've found these to be the best and most comfortable for support of my whole high, long arch. They reside full time in my sneakers,which I wear when doing lots of things standing and moving for long periods. I bought a second pair to put in other shoes. These are hard workers!

Unfortunately, these are not right for me and make my knees really sore. They are supportive and are probably great for the right feet.

I really like this insole. It is the only one I've seen which mimics mine from the podiatrist with the bump in the center to urge the foot not to pronate. However, it is a higher arch than mine. A tiny bit achy at first, but have used for entire days with no issues. Need further experience to determine if the higher arch support will do me harm. If the arch were a tiny bit lower, I'd give it 5 stars. MUCH more support than previous insoles I've purchased here.

Everything is great!

So at first I thought they were going to be too hard but after wearing them for a few days they softened. I trimmed the tip to make extra toe space. These are SOOOO much more comfortable than the ones from the doctor with the hard plastic bottom. I will be a repeat customer.

These really did the trick for my feet! They work so well I bought additional ones so I didn't have to switch them every time I switched shoes.

I thought I would never find a super firm arch but here it is. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough padding in the forefoot for me. Also, they are a bit short in length which might be why the arch doesn’t hit in the right spot for me.
