Bought two of the salt & pepper runners, 2'6 x 6" for my kitchen. I have two ugly green soft mats that I wanted to cover, and these runners work perfectly. They were packaged very well, in a box rolled tightly on hard cardboard tubes with shrink film wrapped securely around each top, middle & bottom, cardboard end caps on each end and covered with heavy plastic wrapped around. As other reviews state, the big stickers are stuck with some pretty aggressive adhesive, but I worked slowly & carefully to remove them so as not to pull any fibers loose. The nuLOOM logo tag is sewn onto one end of each. Happy with my purchase & I recommend these rugs. Only had them a few days so can't comment on ease of cleaning or durablity. Will update with any issues.

Already had one of these rugs. Three years old . Love them. Look brand new when washed. Have put them in two entryways .

It is very nice looking and showed up wrapped well. It's taking quite a while to flatten out and had a few frays, but overall a very nice rug.

I like everything about this rug. I use it as an entryway rug and it’s perfect. I purchased it a year or so ago and it has not failed me yet. Great quality! As pictured.

I LOVE this rug. I needed something to put in front of my sofa. My husband likes to ignore the "no shoes" policy and let's just say, my rugs show it. I needed something that looks nice but can stand up to his nasty shoes. This rug is so soft and looks really nice. I am thinking of buying another one to put in another room. Thank you!

The rug is extremely uneven, but I’m using it as a base for my layered rug look. It’s soft, darker than expected, but no big deal. Shipping was a nightmare, but I think that was Amazon’s fault, not the company. If you are looking for this to be your main rug, I’d look elsewhere since it’s so uneven. Great for layering tho.

Quality seems very good. Looks nice like images and arrived well packaged. I my fits perfectly in my space.

Came quickly, seems durable, easy to vacuum and spot clean. Its thickness is decent too! A normal door gap vs floor should work fine for most!
