I never can get enough ID items for my dogs. I want sufficient ID so that if they get lost, contacting me will be as easy as possible. On top of that, many of us do have emotional support animals. I really like this ID so that I can identify my dog as an emotional companion dog. Sometimes people don't understand and will prevent you from doing things that the law allows just because you don't have some type of "official" paperwork for the animal. The card itself is sturdy and very well-made. Choosing the option of added hologram really makes it look official. And another great thing is that you also get a digital copy of the ID card for your smartphone.

I received my US Service Dog Registry ID and holder today. I am SO excited!The Emotional Support Dog ID is so professional looking and just so nice to look at. My dog's picture came out really sharp and clear too. I also got the digital copy of the ID which you sent in a text. So nice to have it at hand in case I need it. I did not get the holograph ID, but am pleasantly surprised and and happy with exactly what I ordered. Thank you for such a nice, professional and price friendly product. I am very happy with this purchase! The layout and the fact that it has a QR code. I’m so thankful that ESA animals are being recognized publicly now. I suffer from depression/anxiety/PTSD and knowing now I can take my bestfriend with me makes me feel a little bit more at ease. I don’t abuse it though, and I think a lot of people do. Stupid me I misspelled my boyfriends name when getting this ID for him and our dog. I decided to email the address that the digital ID card was sent from and see if there was anything they couyld do. At most I was hoping for possibly a discount on another one, or maybe just a new digital one, but not the printed one. Because, yes, I understand it was entirely my mistake. I have dyslexia and I was in a hurry because we were trying to get a hotel because my boyfriends' grandfather was passing away and we were driving out there and the hotel manager would not let us get a room with our dog- who is his emotional support dog for PTSD, ADHD and anxiety, unless we had the actual proof with us. And of course this was a very stressful times and he really needed her there to comfort him. I explained the situation and they send me a new one within 24 hours without any additional charges. They were so understanding!!! Really above and beyond what I could have expected!!!!
