Heavy Grips HG150 Aluminium Gripper, Men's (Silver/Black)

After being able to close the HG150 consecutively for 60 times, i decided to go directly to HG250....but i cannot completely close it even once....get within 2mm of closing it, but not quite there yet....freakin' beast of a gripper... Awesome quality and construction. Don't even bother to compare them with the cheap plastic/wooden ones. These bad boys are in a different league of their own. You'll see remarkable forearm​ growth within the first couple of months of using it.

Quality wise its awsm. I bought the 150 model, i thought it wud b tough but i m doing it quite easily. If u r beginner then it wud b fine for u but if u r into gyming for some time then i wud advise u to go for a heighr model. I ordered it for 799 and i think its worth it bcoz its indestructible. I got the packg the next day so cuddos to the dealer.

It really tears your palm skin, did a couple of reps and my little finger was bleeding because of the harsh surface of the gripper and the amount of force required to close it

Can’t confirm if they genuinely provide as much tension as they say but it certainly feels like it, I purchased the 150 and 200 lbs ones and they hold up years later. After a while they will eventually start to make a noticeable noise when you squeeze them, can’t tell if that affects how much tension they have but that’s the only thing I’ve noticed after having them for years.

I have very small hands, and it's sometimes hard to hang on to a pull-up bar for a long time, or a barbell during a workout. I wanted to get this to work specifically on my grip, and, yikes, this thing is hard. I probably should have gotten 100lbs, because the first week was pretty rough. I did get used to it, and got stronger, so now this feels like the right amount of weight. This is a good, very solid product. There are no bells an whistles like padded handles and whatever. The knurling will hurt at first, but resist the urge to tape it - my hands got used to this in just a couple of days. Having looked around quite a bit before buying this, the price is a very good one for 150lbs of resistance. I am not noticing any visible muscle "bulk," but definitely noticing a huge improvement in grip strength - hanging on to the bar is less of a challenge, and I can do more reps with this.

Se trata de unas buenas pinzas de entrenamiento. Estan muy bien construidas, con mangos cromado y relieve para que no resbalen. Las pinzas son realmente duras.
