It is the best books on body building i have ever read. Motivating. No wonder Arnold became Mr. Universe for 7 times.

Very good book, although dated, it’s facts and truths about bodybuilding are still very real to this day. If your into weight lifting or just want a good read about someone who’s fulfilled there dreams then this is the book for you. One of the best reads out there for inspiring athletes and anyone wanting to succeed at any sport or vocation.

Stepfathers christmas present. He loved it. It is quite an old book and did look a little tired round edges but on the whole very good condition

Nice little book giving insight into his early world.Well written, entertaining and informative.His Show pictures are detailed and truly stunning whether you are a bodybuilder or Mr Average.Very helpful simple (low cost) starter excersises for the non body builders amongst us.Has helped me get back to health from being in a very creaky bad condition.I use with Franco Columbo's Nutrition Book.
