Looks good, good quality, easy to install.
It seems to be pretty good quality (not flimsy), looks good, and was easy to put up. I'd recommend using toggle bolts or other heavier duty wall anchors rather than the ones it comes with.

Good Quality
I bought the chrome (polished steel) Towel Holder. After 1 year's use, it is still bright and shiny. No corrosion. We have the 16" Holder. I think it could hold about 4 damp towels if they were folded in tubes. Very sturdy.

Good quality, missed a drilling template for easier installation
Great product. So good that Iโve ordered the second unit. Itโs sleek, easy to install and supports towels fully open, so it really dries out. FOR THE MANUFACTURER: please add a template for drilling the holes. It helps a lot with installation, especially for people who are not used to installing stuff. I had my tools with me so it took me about 10 min from beginning to end, but I was wondering how it could be easier for people without tooling or skills to do it without these facilitators. If it wasnโt for it, I would give a 5-star for sure!

Double towel rack

2 bars vs 3 bars versions
I have a 2 bar and 3 bar version. I like the look of both. Modern and nickel with straight lines and square ends. With the angel sides it does not stick out much more than a standard one. My 3 bar is on end wall out of the walk way. It fits my mid-century home --much improved over light-weight builder default. Easy to replace using hardware from "retired" bar. The tiny screw is a bit tricky if you don't know much about DYI. It took me less than 10 minutes to remove and replace including taking out if packaging. It looks like good quality and has some more weight verses old one. Much improved over old just in better quality. I like the 2 bars slightly more. The middle bar can be a bit harder to insert a big fluffy towel. The towel will hang up on others around it. It is only slightly frustrating and not a big issue. If i had to replace towels daily or ask a child to do it might be an issue. Hand towels are easy to place.
