Excellent Quality, Packaging could have been better
Appalam of supreme quality. Thanks to Amazon that i could order it without depending on anyone coming from Tamil nadu or any other premier urban cities where it is commonly sold. Prompt Delivery, however the packaging left a lot to be desired with two of the packets in slightly damaged condition with several appalam pieces broken. However they could be still fried nevertheless as the broken pieces were in the packet itself. The appalams on frying came out very well, don't consume much oil, pretty big in size and last but not the least Tasty !!!

Crisp and tasty
I used to buy this brand for long but stopped after it was not good for a few times. Tried it again after a year or so and am glad I bought it. It fries and roasts well and is crisp and tasty.

Ambica appalam is an iconic item available online thanksbto Amazon. They are soft and crispy at the same time. They melt in the mouth and one can keep on gorging on them continuously

Careless packing by Mfr.
Ordered for Ambika Appalam, T-Nagar, but recd "Ambika Apalam-Mylapore". The manufacturer's wrapper was glued with on two outside appalams and could not remove the paper, hence these two numbers went waste. Hence, packing requires more care that appalams are free from packing paper.
