Q: Can you lock the box?

The yellow clips on either side secure the lid as a soft lock, but there is no inbuilt hard lock on the box. There is a section around the lid and the box lip that has a corresponding hole (you can see in the pictures). A padlock can be used through this hole to hard lock the box, though it would still be easy to break the lid open with a padlock in my opinion.

Q: Does the leak ? As want to have ot as a water collector

Not to my knowledge they do not leak as I have one of the bigger containers in my garden with the lid on it,has been out in the garden all year and no water ingress.
