Works on age spots!
I couldn't wait to write this review, but sat on my hands till I had a good "after" photo :) I spent a few hundred dollars to have ONE age spot removed at the dermatologist's office with liquid nitrogen. I did some research, watched some YouTube videos, and read the reviews of this freeze spray. Well it works! There is a learning curve. Like others have mentioned, it works great if you spray it into a dixie cup. I used a fine paint brush to apply to the age spot. You need to repeat for several freeze/thaw cycles. Tip: It's a little freaky to do to yourself, so start by practicing on age spots on your arms or hands. I have both so that's what I did. I was a little overzealous in the beginning, but you definitely do get the hang of it after awhile. You are creating a small wound. Initially the skin swells up where you treated it and is tender for a few hours. Then a scab forms in day. Be gentle with the scabbed area. Once the scab comes off, the new skin underneath is delicate and pink. I used a very good concealer for both the scab stage (gently removing it at night with makeup remover) and for the pink skin phase. You don't want any sun on the wound or the new skin. Pictured are the before and after shots of the 3 age spots on my right cheek that I did. I am at about the 3 week mark in the after photo. The pic with no circles is the most recent- all 3 spots are gone! :) In all I have gotten rid of over 15 age spots so far, on my hands, arms, chest and face. This is very satisfying for me at age 57 to finally be rid of those stupid age spots! You can't beat the price, and doing it yourself you have total control and can be very precise with applying the liquid nitrogen. Good luck, you can do it!! :)

Powerful!
This stuff works really well on brown age spots. Iโve used other freeze sprays and knew what I was getting into. I was sick and tired of using a retinoids on my arms and glycolic acid washes to try to get rid of brown spots from sun damage and pregnancy. So, I ordered this spray and went to town on my arms. I was very aggressive and sprayed each of my forearms entirely with this spray. Sick of messing around and I wanted results... no pain no gain they say. Not the approach for the faint of heart. I sprayed for a little too long on a part of my right forearm and developed a large fluid filled blister. I had to wear a non stick dressing on it for several days. My arms burned for days and were very sore. But, then all the dead skin peeled off to reveal new pink perfect skin underneath without a single brown spot. I wonโt ever go as grand scale as I did on my forearms, but it worked! I plan to use it more conservatively to continue to renew my skin over time. Great product but donโt be as crazy as me unless you are willing to be in pain for several days to have perfect skin in a couple weeks.

Very good product but....
Very good and excellent for freezing spots on your skin. I just wish they had a easer way to spray it in the way that it will reached only the target. I will buy again, but a easier way to apply it should be tested.

This works!!
I have wasted SO MUCH $$$$ on creams that do NOTHING! This Freeze Spray works!! It hurts!!! And itโs time consuming and you have to be really careful about surrounding skin but if you truly want to stop wasting money on useless creams that swear they work and never do buy FREEZE SPRAY!! Youโre ONLY other option is to spend thousands at the Dermatologist. Stop throwing your money away!!! If you really want to get rid of dark spots, age spots and moles Freeze Spray is the ONLY way to go!!

Seborrheic keratosis removal, very pleased
I have had this godawful keratosis on my face for years now that had grown to almost the size of a dime...asked my doctor to remove it and he wanted to refer me out to another doc who wanted a THOUSAND dollars to take it off. I have no insurance and I'm poor, so that was completely out of the question. I've been researching removal for several months now, and ran across a mention of freeze spray on a forum about skin problems. After reading the reviews on this product and others, I decided to give this one a go. As some other product reviews have mentioned, I used a piece of a drinking straw as a guide, placed it over the widest area, and sprayed short blasts until I could feel my skin start to burn (this took literally all of 2-3 seconds of spraying, total). After a few days, it started to peel up around the edge, so I just peeled it off. After one single treatment, the keratosis is 75% gone. I just treated it again tonight, and hopefully that will kill the rest of it. You absolutely do have to be careful with this stuff, because it's serious business and will burn your skin VERY quickly, so you want to avoid good skin as much as possible and always go easier than you think you need to. You can always treat more, but you can't undo the damage of treating too much. I am so happy to have this thing almost gone!

Not so great for a challenging situation...maybe
Granted, I have a challenging situation with warts all over hands...so, for that, it's ok but not stellar. If you have just one or two, probably this'd work great. Unlike some reviewers, I find that this is nowhere near as strong as the dr. office version--but then the price is way less too. I have to spray one spot multiple times to get it thoroughly frozen. It is nowhere near as sinister as it can sound. One shot hardly even gets uncomfortable, let alone painful. If you're treating multiple spots, the freezing seems to collect and block the applicator--which then falls out. That happens fairly quickly and not convenient. When it's starting to freeze within the applicator tube, the trigger gets harder to pull, so aim is affected. Overall, it's ok--but definitely room for improvement. Oh, I should mention, there is a product called "wart stick" that is a high percentage of salycilic acid. I've used that along with the freezing--a cuticle stick to apply to the wart and covered with tegaderm (some say duct tape works too). Still a work in progress here.

It does work. Just have patience.
Ok, for all you people that had negative remarks. Geezzz. Listen, I am a perfectionist. This stuff does, in fact, work. You simply have to have a little patience, which I am also lacking in. I have been to the dermatologist to have this done, and to me, I can't tell a whole lot of difference in this and what the professionals use. It does go outside the area a little, but if you try to minimize your spray a little and do in short spurts, it will apply better. Also, I had to do it 2-3 times to get the desired results. I have sunspots, on my legs and they bother me. I like smooth skin, I know it happens overtime, but you can get rid of. It took around a month to see the results I wanted. As for the after-burn, if you will, it will also fade in time. My legs look so much better after using and I am so glad I found this online. Saved a ton of money from having to have done professionally. I would recommend by far.

Very hard to use.
This burned my skin and did not kill the flat wart. I had a very large red spot and it didn't work at all. Very hard to use. The freeze spread out over my skin and burned way more than just the flat wart.
