have a new 13" macbook pro with just 2 USB-C ports. This devise has no issues connected to an external drive, printer, ethernet, keyboard charger and power through. No issues when adding in SD standard and mini SD cards either. Runs a bit warm but nor excessive. Performs as described with no latency.

I like it, I use it both on my macbook and dell laptop to get extra usb ports and it doesnt hurt to have HDMI and NIC

This item is working fine for my needs. I am totally satisfied!

It charges my 13 MacBook 2017 and adds I/O. It just works. Others didn’t charge or used both ports on the MacBook.

In the product description, it says "max 100W power delivery to charge MacBook Pro at full speed". I should have known better because no other USB C hub delivers that much power - unfortunately, I bought it anyway. The manual that comes with the unit says the maximum power output over USB C is 60W, which is not enough to charge my 2018 15" MacBook Pro while in use. This is disappointing because the product is good otherwise, but I simply can't use it because it doesn't deliver enough power using the passthrough.

It looks good, solid, but this thing gets really really hot. i just connected it to my macbook. i am not using no sd card no usbs no lan no hdmi just connected this device to my macbook and its hot. for this price this is not acceptable.
