Attractive Speaker Stands, but a little Pricey!! But money well spent!!!
Very nice, furniture looking speaker stands, as I said, a little pricey, but worth it over the steel pole stand. These give the living room a more "finished" look to our surround set-up. The only negative that I can give these, is that there no place to feed the speaker wire, in a somewhat hidden fashion? I had to get a little creative, but they did turn out nice, and very much out of sight. We did have the steel pole type stands before these, I'am not knocking them, they worked for us for a long time, it is we just wanted to step up a notch to more furniture looking stand. They are definitely heavy, be careful the base is glass, felt sorry for the UPS driver, due to the weight of the stands being delivered in 1 box. I would recommend using "speaker pads" underneath the speakers. The surround sound system that we are using is the "Nakamichi Shockwafe Elite 7.2" sound bar. The stands really pulled our living together into a very finished look, that we wanted, so when I say "pricey", it's a little more than what we wanted to spend, but in the end result, they were, money well spent!! After setting them up, and into our living room. If you have a little more to spend, especially after "X" amount of $$'s on a sound system, treat your system to a nice pair of speaker stands that stand out. And don't forget to purchase the foam pads for the speakers, and we also used the pads under the soundbar, maybe our imagination, but the the whole sound system did sound better with the pads.

Nice looking stands, but with a few design flaws
The stands are very nice looking and for the most part, the components are solidly built, but the assembly hardware leaves much to be desired. The biggest issue is that there is only one bottom mounting bolt and the hole in glass for it is way too big, making for a terrible fit so the post can move/rotate. I solved the problem with a couple of 3/4" x 3/8" nylon bushings that I got at the local hardware store. They keep the bolt centered in the large hole (and really should have been included in the hardware kit). I then added two small dabs of RTV silicone on the bottoms of the post, assembled the bottom joint with the stand horizontal on a flat surface (to assure perfect rotational alignment). Let dry, and now solid as a rock. The "cable management" system is a bit of joke. They could have done better. At the very least, there should be 3 Velcro straps on the back of the post.I wish they had dedicated hardwood feet because I worry that the little plastic covers over the spikes may come off and scratch the floor.Lastly, the top surface is very slippery because of the high gloss paint so the use of the foam speaker pads is a must. All in all, I like them, but they are a couple of 49 cent parts away from a 5 star review. I would have expected perfect execution at this price point.

Stands look very nice, but there is a few design flaws
Stands look very nice, but there is a few design flaws. First the bottom pillar is mounted only with one screw it should be using two screws in a horizontal position to keep it from twisting on the plate. Second the top plate the holes do not quite line up so it does not fit straight on the top part of the pillar also the screws don't go flush down into the plate which leaves them sticking up I could scratch your speakers. The supply pads are not high enough to keep the screws from hitting the bottom of your speakers so I had to retrofit my own. The pads supplied are really pretty cheap. Also my biggest problem is I don't know why companies make four spike speaker stands when you could use three that would be self leveling. Also in offering spike feet they give you these little plastic cups to go over them. They are very hard to adjust to keep the stand level why not offer eight sets of spikes and eight sets of screw on plastic feet. It's nearly impossible to level them with the spike protectors on. I've been selling audio for 25 years in my prior career these are great stands they could use a few design upgrades. If the stands gets moved to get the floor cleaned or vacuumed I'm going to have to readjust, having separate plastic feet could that screw in and out would make the process a lot less painful. They just aren't as stable as a lot of less expensive stands though I will say they look fabulous. I'm going to have to come up with some plastic feet with a wider bases to make them more stable. They also need to attach the glass plate with two screws so it does not twist. Also the top plate needs to have better alignment so the screws fit flush and the plate is straight with the bottom.Again these are beautiful stands but they are overpriced for the quality of fit.

Solid speaker stand
Wood had some processing scratches otherwise it would have been a 5 star. Very solid stand. Not really difficult to adjust. Filled frame with washed and tried (to avoid rust) pebbles for more resonance resistance.

Overpriced Junk
Overpriced cheap piece of chinese crap. Wood had blemishes on it where they missed staining it at the factory and had to re-stain light spots in many places. Screw holes for top plates didn't line up requiring modification to fit. Lower mounting hole in glass bottom WAY oversize for bolt provided allowing movement after tightening and "Cable Management" consisted of 2 velcro straps attached to the back of post that do not hide the cable unless the cable is the size of thread.Don't waste your money unless you need exactly 30" tall, heavy stands like I did and you're VERY handy.

These speaker stands worked perfect for my bookshelf speakers
These speaker stands worked perfect for my bookshelf speakers, not only were they the right height, but the color matched my cherry wood finish on my speakers like they were made for them!!!!
