Slight but Strong
I found the method for specifying the engraving on the back of the tag to be easy and clever. Immediately after your purchase, Marrex, the seller, sends you an email with very explicit instructions, together with some examples to guide you. In a medical emergency, should you be alone, the paramedics will routinely check your pockets (and/or handbag) for personal information, so I kept my engraved entries short and sweet:ELIQUIS (APIXABAN)HEART ARRHYTHMIALine one names the anticoagulant (blood thinner) medication I'm taking, and line two states the condition for which I take it. I used the general term for an irregular heartbeat, because the specific condition (atrial fibrillation, etc.) will not be determined until I see a specialist a couple of weeks from now.The bracelet is simple, handsome (or pretty in lady terms), and free of frills. It is smoothly finished, and catches on nothing. It's feather-light but sturdy; after wearing it for a few days, I no longer know it's on my arm. I was lucky, as the eight inch size proved to fit my wrist perfectly, requiring no adjustment. For this reason, I can't comment on the ease or difficulty of removing links. I can comment, however, on the clasp, which I found impossible to work with my one free hand. Luckily, I have a clever wife, who was able to close the clasp, although with some difficulty. For this reason I recommend leaving the bracelet on continuously, as in my case removing it and putting it back on would not be worth the effort. If you are adroit at this sort of thing, maybe you'll have a different experience. I now wear the bracelet all the time, including in the shower and while sleeping, and this suits me fine. The stainless steel bracelet rinses clean in the shower and at the sink, and shows no sign of wear or deterioration after about two weeks. I recommend this product highly.

Simple and Effective - Good Product
I've had this for a few weeks now and so far so good. It's simple, but well-made. Just what I was looking for. I like that it doesn't stand out and blends in with my other jewelry, yet because of its traditional medical alert bracelet style and stamp, I know it won't be overlooked by medical professionals. Also, since it's just plain stainless steal, it will hold up better than painted ones that chip. The clasp is nice and secure. The bracelet (more specifically the clasp) is not made for taking on/off on a daily basis. I put mine on when I got it and haven't taken it off since. Some people have given this a low review because of the clasp, but it should get a high review because of it. The purpose of this style of clasp is to make sure the bracelet stays on. It's supposed to be durable and worn in all conditions because it's for your health. There is no situation in which you don't need to wear this. If you have a condition that medical professionals need to know about, then this thing should be on all the time.

Good for Alzheimer’s patient
I bought this for my mother who has Alzheimer’s in the beginning stages and likes to go for walks. It’s not exactly a beautiful piece of jewelry, but it’s comfortable and my mom doesn’t even realize she’s wearing it anymore. I rubbed some black enamel paint into the impressions of the info on back to help it stand out a little more. That is the reason for not giving it 5 stars. We chose this bracelet specifically for the type of clasp that it has. We needed a clasp that she could not take off herself. I had this type of clasp on my little kid bracelets when I was a little girl. It also doesn’t break like the little spring hinge clasps do, and it doesn’t snag/catch on anything. I’m satisfied with the purchase. It served our purpose well.

Great Medical ID Bracelet!
I am so happy that I purchased this bracelet. It has given me a great sense of security regarding my health. I have MS and I'm allergic to latex and adhesive tape. It is good to know that this bracelet has this information on it as well as the information for my emergency contact. I went through a security check and the bracelet set off the machine. The gentleman asked me to take off my bracelet and I explained that it is a medical bracelet and I could not get it off without some help due to how the clasp works. He wasn't willing to offer to take if off and he read the information on the bracelet and let me pass through. The clasp seems a bit tricky but once you get it on, it's on for good. It hasn't changed colors and it doesn't make my arm itch as some metals do. I'm very very happy with this product. Thank You McCoy Services for this product. I have told several family members about the bracelet and I hope they purchase one.

Clasp is very difficult
The bracelet itself is very nice & seems durable. The issue is the clasp. It's very difficult to open. Now I'm out $$ as it's not returnable.

Do not buy.
Not at all worth the money. It is unattractive and flimsy. Looks like a dog chain collar. Impossible to open clasp or read engraving on back. Huge disappointment. Company gladly took it back to change clasp and shorten it and now it is too short. Surprised Amazon does business with this company. This bracelet cannot and will not be worn. Ridiculous. ****DO NOT BUY

We convinced him to use it because it looks nice, like jewelry
We have purchased this bracelet before for my father in law who suffers from Alzheimers. We convinced him to use it because it looks nice, like jewelry, and did not have the word "Alzheimers" written in red, like the one the family tried to use before (he took deep offense to it).It looks nice, is comfortable, it's easy to flip it over to find the phone numbers in the back of the plate, and best of all, he can not remove it. Like many reviews complained about, it is really hard to take it out, which in the case of Alzheimers patients, it's a virtue! After it was placed in his wrists he tried to take it out (and couldn't) for a coupe of days and afterwards got used to it and never looked at it again. It's been in his wrists ever since, and he has been brought back home by police and people who found him wondering quite a few times when he manages to "sneak out". It is a great insurance to have, and we just ordered another due to a chance in phone numbers.I highly recommend it, the seller is great, the engraving looks good and the product arrived much faster than it was expected.
