Will the Foot Peeling Mask fit a size 12?

My boyfriend wears size 12 in mens and I was able to get the sock over his foot at then just pinch at the top of the foot and affixed with only one stay tape(provided in kit)

This caught my attention. How long does it take for the mask to start working?
