KHL Commode Chair with Footrest and Wheels

This product has an important feature that is not found on other similar items in Amazon, namely footrests. Also to be noted is that wheels are castors and can be rolled over tiles surfaces easily and without noise. The plastic cover of the pan was received in broken condition and I have written to the seller to send me a replacement only for that - but I am pessimistic about this happening as Amazon purchase and return procedures permit only return and replacement of the whole unit. As mentioned at first glance the product looks just what I needed. However as to it durability and spare parts support - these will be known only in due course.

The whole purpose of having has been destroyed. The collection bowl was shattered in pieces when I received it. It's seems of poor quality plastic. It was not packed properly everything was loosely packed in carton box.
