Would be great for a beginner
I love the idea of this. You don't need multiple pieces of equipment and it's portable. What I don't like is that when you roll it to add more resistance it just keeps spinning, you have to hold on the band's which can be a bit difficult with some exercises.

Not great not bad. The bands are really loose so I don't feel any difference from just doing those exercises without the bar Good for beginners my strength level may be too advanced Well made however

I am a beginner of Pilates. This yoga pole + cooling sports towel sets are great! The yoga pole is lightweight and easy to use and does not require much room. It is very suitable for Pilates movement at home or in yoga studio. Recommended!

Great buy
I bought this to add to my workouts. It is capable of performing many exercises. The bar is easy to assemble, well padded, comfortable to hold. The price is also pretty good.

I really really love the idea of this produxt. I love doing pump and tones but i do not have the equipments at homw. This problem solves my provlem!
