I paid for this bread because I love it so. Ezekiel bread is not as good to me. It's so much more expensive on amazon though!

Gotta love this Cali bread
I love all of Alvarado Street Bakery's breads but California Style is probably my favorite. It's tasty and nutritious and it's makes great sandwiches and toast too. I'm an Aussie so I use lashings of butter and Vegemite but friends love it with cheese and other toppings like peanut butter, almond butter and jam - sometimes all together.The loaves keep really well - I try to have one in the freezer 'just in case' as I never want to run out.

Best Bread Ever!
I've been buying Alvarado Street bread since the early eighties. Ezekiel bread is healthy, but it tastes like shredded cardboard. Alvarado Street bread tastes great and it freezes really well.

Good God this bread is yummy
This is the best bread I have ever had. It makes the most delicious grilled cheese sandwich I have had in my entire life. I would drive for an hour or more if I had to in order to buy this bread. I would buy in bulk and freeze it. I love it that much.
