It works! I combine it with another supplement, Hyaluronic Acid, that was ok, but Gaia Tumeric Supreme was like a bonus booster!

Great for handling breakthrough pain in between taking Tylenol and ibuprofen. Sometimes prevents the need for either one. My frontline pain reliever for headaches, cramps, and general malaise.

I have tried multiple brands and this brand seems to be the most effective for me. I didn’t know if it worked until I ran out. If taken daily at night it does help with pain. It’s worth a try.

Haven’t had long enough for a proformance review but Im solid enough for an initial one. First off it does have a fairly strong herbal smell. This is good in that it means theres actually something herbal in there. No smell is bad in herbals. If you have a sensitive nose take a breath before opening bottle. Taste is STRONG. I cant do one solo. If I eat a bit of bread right after swallowing Im ok. I then get strong wiffs of it in little burps for a good couple hours. I have a teflon stomach so its not giving me heartburn or anything but if you have a sensitive stomach you may want to take precautions.

The bottle was mailed in a bag rather than a box. The plastic top on the bottle was cracked badly and I had to replace it with the cap from the previous bottle. Amazon, you can do better than that!

I would purchase these supplements over and over again! Works great for headaches, menstrual cramps, muscle pain and much more. Highly recommend, better than taking ibuprofen.
