Elegant and well designed product
Perfect for my application. I wanted something that would hold a laptop with a web cam on my tripod. These fit the bill perfectly. No sag with the laptop on them, perfect size, stiff and light weight. I couldn't be happier. Great value for a well designed product. Shipped well packaged, came quickly. 5 stars on all fronts. Highly recommend!
Love this plein air easel! It was clearly designed by an artist who knows what’s needed out in the field and the design works well for a watercolorist. Quality materials, sturdy, packs down well and fits into the included duffle with ease. I’ve used it in the field twice now and found I needed some extra space to set items, so purchased the additional shelf, which works great. Overall, a good purchase!

Light, sturdy, with quick set up. Cup holes are important - there is some flex to the plastic tray.
This tray is lightweight, so it's portable and won't tip a tripod over.It's sturdy enough to hold watercolors.It's easy to attach to the tripod.You may wish a secure method of making sure your brushes don't roll off the tray.Note: En Plein Air Pro also sells an easel that mounts to a tripod that has a brush holder.There is some flex to the plastic, but the holes for the water cups take care of any issues with that.

Perfect for Plein aire painting
Arrived on time and fits my tripod perfectly. It seems stable enough to hold water cup and other paraphernalia

Mounting Could Be better
This tray is not as large as I had hoped, but it is sturdy. However, the way it mounts on the easel is not wonderful. If you don't have the legs set just right, it can slip down. I may have to use bungee cords to make it more secure. I wish it had come with velcro adjustable straps to secure it, instead of one size doesn't fit all plastic indentations. It would work better with an easel with fat legs, rather than the lightweight folding easel that I have. It would also help if it had a lip all around it to catch rolling brushes, paint tubes, etc. I do not really recommend this product. Very expensive for what it is.

Very Stable tripod
I use this plain aire pro for outdoor and some indoor painting. It was easy to set up and the extra shelf I bought is a wonderful add-on.

Another great product from this company
Another great product from this company! The tripod shelf is like another pair of hands. Slips onto my tripod under & to the side of my palette and is perfect to keep those extra items at my fingertips. 2 holes allows for containers of "clean" and "dirty" water...or an extra container of "turp" when I'm working in oil. Shelf fits like a glove in the backpack with all my En Plein Air Pro gear. Love it!
