Great device - more than I expected for the price!
I purchased this item to use with my new iPad 9.7 so I can have an easier time using my iPad for work and school. I purchased the rose gold device as well as the keyboard/case; the case and the iPad match pretty well to each other - which is impressive. The device came decently packaged, and miraculously still had some charge so I was able to set it up right away. Set up was super easy - simply have your bluetooth connectivity turned on on the device and then connect the keyboard. The back light is nice, though it will obviously drain the battery more quickly. However, one thing to note is, the pamphlet claims it only has 3 hours of battery life, though I have used it much more than that in one charge - so this will need personal testing to know the limit based on your usage. The keyboard itself is fairly spacious considering it’s size - I have found it interesting learning where everything it located in comparison to my full sized work computer. Finally, having the ability to rotate and change the way the device sits in the dock is extremely useful. You are able to place the device backwards for easy movie viewing, and simply switch it around to type. So long as you have not turned off your Bluetooth, the keyboard will start working as soon as you begin to type. Super Convenient!Overall, I am fairly impressed by this KINGZE Keyboard Case. I wasn’t expecting as much as I received just based on the price, but it definitely fits my needs (moderate usage), and so far seems fairly sturdy.

Charges fast and has long battery life. I love it.
It has a feature where you can detachable keyboard case. The protective shell can be loaded in the opposite direction. It comes is very handy for me because I’m always constantly moving around and I don't need to pick up the whole case. it is overall perfect! The iPad stays in place when propped up on the keyboard, well made, gives good protection to the iPad. The bluetooth connection is easy. The keys are separate enough to use easily, and have a good feel. The landscape orientation works great with the keyboard; portrait works well as long as you are using a stable surface like a table. And the way the case is designed makes it more comfortable to hold the tablet in portrait orientation for reading. I am very well pleased with this purchase as long as it proves to be as sturdy as it seems.Very good product for the price. Charges fast and has long battery life. I love it.

Converts Ipad into Laptop
Love this keyboard case. I have tried a few “pleather”covers for my Ipad and they always fell short. The keyboard is slightly recessed with a nice silicone cover to protect the screen. And the keyboard itself is very responsive and comfortable. There are little rubber nubs on the bottom to protect your furniture and keep it from sliding. I searched and searched and tried a lot of “duds,” but this case is a winner. Yes, it does add some weight, but not enough to be a problem for me. The instruction booklet could be a little more detailed and larger, but it explains enough. It’s so nice to be able to angle the screen just right and have it stay put. This was a great purchase!

Nice keyboard case, except for two flaws
There were many things I liked about this keyboard case. It looked attractive, it had a nice backlight, the keys responded well, the hinge worked well, and it was easy to separate the keyboard from the iPad when I wanted to use the iPad by itself. But there also were two big flaws:(1) Many of the standard iPad key combinations didn't work. When I pressed Command-Option-F it produced Command-F, when I pressed Command-Shift-A it produced Command-A, and so forth. Apparently the keyboard can't recognize more than one modifier key at a time.(2) Inside the plastic shell that goes on the back of the iPad, there were two thin horizontal ridges (seams from injection molding, I think). During the two weeks that I used the keyboard case, each ridge made a thin horizontal scratch on the back of the iPad. The scratches are barely visible, but I imagine they would have gotten worse over time.

Great keyboard! Some pros and cons... but mostly PROS!!!
I LOVE this case... overall anyway. There are some cons but they aren’t very major ones for me and I’ll get into those after the pros!Pros:- Very easy to type on, especially if you’ve ever used Mac laptops or keyboards before, veeeery comfortable.- The backlight is a huge plus (plus I like the pretty colors) especially if you are a huge night owl like me!- I got the rose gold one and I love the color, it is absolutely gorgeous, especially with the nice white keys.- My iPad Air fits really nicely in it, doesn’t mess up the screen protector or anything.- I really like that it is magnet adjustable instead of twist adjustable like I found in most other iPad cases. I like that the whole I pad can pop off of the keyboard instead of just being able to twist in various 360 degree fashions. I like that because the keyboard can be kind of in the way or heavy if you want to take outward pictures or to portrait orientation.- It is pretty durable, I haven’t dropped it or anything but I have kept it in a bag with a bunch of other crap around it and I’ve only found a little scratching (but that’s just due to my own negligence)- It is suuuuuper user friendly and extremely easy to connect to Bluetooth.- Super long battery life, often I accidentally leave it on for really long extended periods of time but it doens’t seem to effect the battery life at all. I think it may have a “Sleep” mode to it that save battery life because occasionally when that happens it takes a second when I start typing again for it to “wake up.” Which is a nice addition.- rubber footing on the bottom = thank YOU!!!! There is nothing more annoying that when something slides around all over the place when you want to type stuff.Cons:- The battery for the keyboard doesn’t have any sort of indicator on it other than just the power light that tells you when it’s on and when it’s charging so that’s sort of annoying because then sometimes I will think the battery might be dead but really the Bluetooth just cut out for a second whe I turned my iPad off.- As I mentioned before I have scratched the outside a bit, it’s not deep and doesn’t effect its performance but it is a bit of a bummer, I did pay like $50+ bucks for this it should be able to withstand the scratching power of a wire-bound notebook.Overall, the pros DEFINITELY out way the cons. For the price, I definitely think this was a good buy, I have had this for almost a month now and haven’t faced any other problems than the ones listed above. I think it is a really good keyboard and has really helped me out.
