Quality product that works for me
I wanted to share my experience with Arches with Amazon buyers. I've always ordered direct but ordered here to share my story. The price is the same by the way. I've had Tinnitus since 92. I like anyone else researched the living daylights out of what to do including seeing Ear specialists. Its true that what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. I've used this product since it came out in 98 or so my memory says anyway. Its true that it does take around about 60-90 days to work. There have been times when it almost seems that the ringing goes away. Not very often though and as anyone who has tinnitus knows the volume comes and goes but is always present to some extent. Arches has helped me in the since that it makes me forget about it if you will. Allows you to not focus on it. There is no cure, that we do know. I've also just to stretch it out a little longer time wise bought a good ginko and occasionally insert one of those into the daily dosage so to make the Arches last just a little longer. I've had no problems at all doing that. I love this product or I obviously would not buy it. I did stop taking Arches a few times during my long history of taking it just to see what would happen. The ringing was much more noticeable and it was like omg start taking it immediately again. It will be a glorious day when they find a cure but until then Arches works for me. P.S. My tinnitus was caused from loud sound which statistically is the #1 cause.

Doesn't seem to work
Have been using for two months now and notice no difference. I realize something like this takes time to take effect, only no change whatsoever. Will not be buying it again.

My doctor at the Hough Ear Institute in OKC recommended this for me
I got tinnitus this past winter from an inner ear infection. My doctor at the Hough Ear Institute in OKC recommended this for me. I took just the tinnitus pills the first 100 days & have added the stress & B-12 pills my last order. I wish now I would have done all the pills in the beginning. I have seen a reduction of tinnitus noise even more with taking the added pills this time. I also take NAC from Jarrow as advised by my doctor. I'm going to keep taking these because I don't want to suffer the consequences of my tinnitus getting worse. A few pills to take is much better then the noise of tinnitus.

TOO LONG FOR RELIEF
They are difficult to take and I have to take them right before bed with some kind of food or I get horrible bad tasting“burps, it seems like I several more months to MAYBE be able to stop the constant buzzing in my ears.

Helpful enough to keep using
I recently ordered my third Arches Tinnitus Combo Pack. I have 2 forms of Tinnitus: the constant "ringing", although, for me, it sounds like constant steady tones of multiple frequencies like you hear when your hearing is being tested; and a trauma-induced buzzing in 1 ear when I hear noise of a certain frequency.I used 2 regimens of Lipoflavanoid, to no effect, before trying the Arches, to which I was referred by my otolaryngologist. It had no affect on the tones I hear all the time but it did noticeably reduce the buzzing. By reduce I mean that sounds have to be louder to cause the affect and they have to be in a narrower frequency range. My second regimen had no apparent positive affect on the tones or buzzing - in fact the buzzing got a bit worse. However...One of the key ingredients in the Tinnitus formula apparently is Ginko Biloba, which is purported to help increase memory recall. I've actually been having quite a bit of trouble with that (I'm 60 yrs old) and had been taking GB for about 6 months before starting the first Arches regimen. I hadn't seen any affect. Before completing the first Arches regimen, and before I knew that it had so much GB in it, I noticed a dramatic increase in memory recall. Because of noticing that I looked at the ingredients for the Tinnitus formula.Since I completed the second regimen the buzzing has decreased to where it's less noticeable than at completion of the first regimen. I'm chalking that up, at least in part, to residual affects. I did not go immediately into a third regimen because I wanted to see if I could discern how much affect it really had on my memory recall. In the month since then I haven't noticed any change but I'm no longer willing to take the chance that it starts to deteriorate again. Even if the buzzing doesn't go away completely I will continue to use this for the affect on my memory recall.I'll try to remember to report the results of my third regimen here.16 Sep '13 Update - Just about completed my third regimen. The buzzing effect has definitely improved and I could talk myself into believing the ringing is not quite as loud. I'm ordering again today.

Caused Headaches
I took the Arches supplements as directed for 2 months and gradually realized that my recurrent severe headache was due to the product, as the headache abated totally after 2 days off the Tinnitus vitamins. I returned the unopened bottles to Arches directly and just received a letter stating they cannot refund because I did not buy directly from them (which I had forgotten). The return time via Amazon had expired during the trial time I took the supplements. The B complex and Stress vitamins are fine, and give me a boost of energy in the middle of the day through the afternoon without a caffeine crash. I recommend trying a single bottle of the Tinnitus supplements first to determine possible side effects.
